How damaging actually are the methods we are using to cook our food such as the microwave or air frying combo systems?

What preservatives are actually keeping the products shelf life so sustained?

Are cancers, dementia and a like directly linked with what we consume in foods?

What are trends of food and consuming aimed at? Is becoming a vegan actually about ethical beliefs or animals suffering, or is it just what’s trending?

Just how bad are the sugars, carbs and such alike, that we are told?

Why is produce, in line with inflation and driving us to purchase what’s affordable opposed to choices or preferences?
