How to resolve Electricity Complaints in India?
Step 1: Contrast the amount of units used in the current invoice with those from previous months. If costs have gone up, it’s possible that they are alike. If there are discrepancies, conduct a more thorough investigation.
Step 2: Make sure that the meter reading is precise. Verify if the meter dial is in motion when the power mains are switched on; if so, it may suggest a malfunctioning meter.
Step 3: Check for any unauthorized connections or wires linked to your meter that might suggest someone is stealing electricity.
Consider replacing old or worn-out house wiring in order to prevent leakages, as part of step 4.
