Khagangrad Ended
The nation of the Khagangrad, formerly formed of a union between the Khagangrad and the Viceroyalty of Nullingrad has ended after the resignation of Iamawesom2, the former Co-Monarch of the Khagangrad. The Khagangrad is now the Empire of Nullingrad. It has retained it’s former position in the Iron Pact. Iamawesom2 is now a citizen of the Kingdom of Ayutia.
JAAAT Treaty
Today, the Republic of Mandis, along with TinyEmperor has formed the Joint Antarctic and Artic Areas Treaty. Sirboss explains in an official statement:
I am writing this treaty, with the support of TinyEmperor, to encourage the leaders and sovereign rulers of nations from around the server to agree to these guidelines to preserve the integrity and natural beauty of the Southern Antarctic landmass.
These guidelines are as follows, and are to be interpreted as absolute and steadfast in every capacity.
The Joint Antarctic and Arctic Areas Treaty (J.A.A.A.T.)
The Joint Antarctic and Arctic Areas Treaty will enforce several rules for the Southern Ice Island, and they are as follows:
1.) The Southern Ice Island is not to be claimed by any nation in any fashion. While parts of the island can be developed, they cannot be claimed as the territory of another nation, because this would erode the exclusivity of the continent. It cannot be claimed as exclusive territory by any nation.
This includes a nautical boundary of approximately 300 blocks away from the mainland of the continent.
2.) The Southern Ice Island cannot be used for weapons testing or proving.
Weapons testing includes using the island landmass or waters for the testing or deployment of TNT, poisions, diseases, etc.
3.) The continuation of the freedom of exchange of ideas, discoveries, trade, etc. on the island, and the refusal of forces, governments, or organizations that might aim to violate these ideals.
4.) The purposeful destruction of antarctic territory for reasons other than economic or cultural activity, such as for lava griefing, is to be disallowed.
This is of course, occasionally up to speculation as to what is cultural or economic and what is griefing, and this will be put up to a vote of determination on the subreddit, and voted upon by representatives from each nation agreeing to this treaty. This is only to apply to substantial suspected griefs.
5.) Signers to this treaty are expected to discourage other nations from performing actions that are in violation of the terms of this treaty.
Nations are expected to confront these disagreements in a peaceful manner.
If you have comments or suggestions, please post them below.
if you believe the terms of this treaty to be sound, and can represent your nation in an official manner, please post below that your nation supports these terms. Ex. (As Minister of things for Mandis, I agree that Mandis will uphold the terms of this treaty.)
Lets keep the Arctic free!
The Government of Mandis
So far the Empire of Nullingrad, Kingdom of Ayutia and Eseran Enclave have signed the treaty, while the Rijekan Empire has officially declined to sign the offer.

Niflheim War against the UOS
The United Occidental States was raided by Niflheim earlier today, with CychoticCy being pearled. ncordo, leader of the UOS/4th Reich was also pearled, after his vault was raided. When our reporter reached out to Niflheim today asking why they raided the UOS, they replied with
“We don’t believe that we have to explain ourselves right now
Niflheim was joined by the Omerican Federal Republic, and Arcation, while the UOS was joined by the Meritocracy of Iudea and New Invicta. “Good news, people have finally been exposed to what Niflheim and Arcation are doing”, says ncordo.
Made up of many former Arcation members, Niflheim was founded quite recently. Arcation itself has a popular reputation as ‘world policemen’. Walkers, an Arcation Council Member declined to comment on Arcation’s role in the war.
Mandis Article
A member of the Republic of Mandis, Sirboss001 collected some information on the scene, and has given us permission to put it in our paper. The Circadian would like to thank Sirboss001, and Mandis.
The chronological order of events, as pieced together by Sirboss001:
“For a brief background, based on the most up to date intelligence, which could change, I can make out an educated guess as to how the events are playing out. In chronological order, essentially,
Niflheim either attacked the UOS or felt threatened and had to defend themselves.
They were able to capture one of their members, and raid 1+ of their vaults.
Ncordo appeared, declared war officially, and was subsequently pearled.
Niflheim was counter-attacked by the UOS, some hours later, and heavily griefed
Arcation began a counter attack against the UOS (I observed their fleet approaching the island as I was departing.)
Please keep a clear head, and think about the situation carefully before choosing a side, if any, to support.
The Government of Mandis.”

This event was the First Battle of Niflheim, with one defender pearled. Following the battle, a coalition force of UOS allies attacked the island once more, but were defeated by a united force of Arcation and Niflheim troops, in the Second Battle of Niflheim. Lord Premier Raphael_Dillon and CommanderJake59 of Iudea were pearled.
However, a peace has now been negotiated. No reparations need to be paid, and all war prisoners were released, with their arms returned. Many people have expressed gratitude as not being further persecuted, comparing the situation to Arcation’s poor treatment of 6ix/Zer0 war prisoners. Internationally, not much else happened except the Kingdom of Ayutia has now dismissed it’s army, which was fielded in the capital of Ayutia in the case it got involved.
