Czero’s Battery Leasing Program
When it comes to EVs, the first concern is the cost that the electric battery demands. EV batteries costs a humongous amount of money which may become one of the major reasons for people to pull back from choosing EVs. To solve this, CZero has brought about a concept which does not require for people to shed loads of money from their pocket yearly rather makes the whole electric battery leasing process a rewarding journey.
CZero will lease the battery to consumers for their EVs and people will only have to pay for the maintenance fee at the time of lease. Once they start using the EVs on regular basis they will earn reward tokens for saving the carbon and on each charging swap about which you’ll read further.
CZero Battery Swapping Stations
Batteries takes a significant amount of time to charge and one cannot rush the process as well. Whereas, people are accustomed to getting their fuel vehicles filled with petrol/diesel in hardly 5 minutes and that is exactly what they would expect when it comes to electric vehicles. People would be hesitant to switch to electric vehicles if there is no proper solution available to this problem.
Thus, to tackle the whole affair of charging, CZero’s ecosystem brings an innovative solution through which people can get charged batteries in a jiffy. Consumers can go to any Czero Swapping stations (set up by CZero or in collaboration with CZero) and instead of charging and waiting for hours, they can easily swap their discharged batteries with the charged ones.
IOT based Monitoring system
At the time of battery lease, a kit will be embedded in the EVs which contains an advanced monitoring system. It will act as a battery guide to the consumer for a smooth EV experience.
Each kit has an integrated IOT system which will monitor how much battery is consumed, where it is consumed, how much farther you can go with amount of charge left, it will also locate the nearest charging point through GPS and even update you if your vehicle can make it to the station or not.
There will be similar monitoring systems at the charging stations as well. It will first check the authenticity of the battery i.e., whether it is released by CZero or not. Only authenticated CZero batteries will be charged or swapped.
Reward System based on blockchain
To ensure that people are using electric vehicles there is a blockchain based reward system introduced in the ecosystem. The company will provide the consumers with CZero tokens — the first of its kind ‘Eco Coins’.
These will be given based on the kilometers people has run on their vehicles using the EV’s setup using Czero poroducts.
The calculation is purely based on the amount of carbon individual saved by using the EV’s, The more they use it, the more they earn these tokens.
These tokens are also redeemable against Czero services like Annual Battery Maintenace Fee , Charging Fee at the Swapping Stations etc.
Overall the tokens aim to be redeemable carbon credits for Individuals, the first of its kind true “Eco Coin”.
