The Following Steps Tell Us about the Uptake of Natural Enzymes — Exercise and Nutrition
For our bodies, enzymes are the catalysts for the decomposition, synthesis and transformation of various substances in the body. Therefore, enzymes are present in all tissues and organs of the body and play a crucial role.
1. Physiological functions of enzymes in human body
The enzyme promotes the decomposition and utilization of nutrients, maintaining normal physiological activities and function of human body, preventing and controlling disease. The existence and continuation of life are determined by the biochemical reaction under the catalysis of enzyme. Once this catalysis is abnormal, the body will be in a metabolic disorder. In severe cases, it can cause illness or even death.
2. Sources and uptake of natural enzymes
A. Most of the vegetables and fruits contain different natural enzymes. For example, cut the potato, apple, peach and fresh mushrooms with a knife to expose them in the air that the changed color (brown) on their surface is the result of the reaction by enzyme (phenol oxidase) and oxygen in the air.
Digest: watermelon, pork stomach, tripe, yam, pumpkin, radish
Eliminate redness and swelling, and good for wound healing, hemorrhoids, bed sores and heart pain: papaya juice
Remove clots, reduce swelling, reduce inflammation, treat tendon injuries & fractures & low back pain & lumbar disc herniation & sciatica: pancreas of pigs
Invigorate QI and blood to resist senility: longan
Others: rice bran, wheat bran, orange, tomato, pear, pineapple juice, non — flower juice
C. Native oxidoreductases:
Provide hemoglobin: internal organs of animals
Decompose Vitamin C: cucumbers, carrots, pumpkins
Decompose Vitamin B1: fish, shellfish, carp offal
The cyanide peroxide in smokers is susceptible to be destructed: garlic
Protect your skin, heal bruises, and prevent allergies: milk, yeast, pancreas of animals
Prevent digestive disorders caused by pancreatitis: the pancreas of pigs and cows
Other enzymes are available to show oxidoreductase activity: apples, potatoes, pears, peaches, apricots, bananas, broad beans, yogurt, eggs, malt, soybeans, sweet potatoes, wheat, etc.
D. Multiple enzymes
Help digest and absorb, and enhance physiological functions: royal jelly, honey, milk
3. Notes on the uptake of natural enzymes
In order to facilitate the synthesis (or conversion) of thousands of biochemical reactions in the body, the following strategies should be done with a reasonable diet:
A. Intake of natural vitamins, minerals and proteins with different amino acids per day or over a period of time
B. Change vegetables and fruits regularly to get different natural enzymes. This is what works for everyone
C. Because the enzyme is heat-labile, useful enzymes for human body (such as enzymes in fruits and vegetables) are better to be eaten without handing; while the harmful or inappropriate enzymes, such as vitamin B1 decomposition enzyme of fish, shellfish and bracken, and decomposition enzyme containing vitamin C in pumpkin are cooked properly.
D. Of all the enzymes found in foods, the vast majority are useful for the human body, and only a few enzymes are detrimental for digestion. Trypsin in soy milk and egg white (protein) should be heated to destroy. Pineapple juice is appropriate to intake with less amount. For Vitamin C enzyme, it can destroy the vitamin C, so cucumber and carrot, containing vitamin C decomposition enzyme, can be combined with orange, red dates, tomatoes and spinach with vitamin C.
