What is happiness? Well according to dictinary.com happiness is defined as the quality or state of being happy; good fortune; pleasure; contentment; joy.
I found the word origin and history for happiness very interesting. So I’m going to show you that as well.
Word Origin and History for Happiness:
n. 1520s, “good fortune,” from happy + -ness. Meaning “pleasant and contented mental state” is from 1590s. Phrase greatest happiness for the greatest number was in Hutcheson (1725).
But is that happiness? I mean think about it for a second. This isn’t a perfect world. We all define happiness in different ways. I know I do. So this is my definition of happiness.
Happiness: is me being myself, and working hard to find the things that work for me to find happiness, peace, love, and light.
I am Kathleen. I am happy. I am love, light, and peace. These pictures bring me much happiness. This is from my vacation to Boone a month ago. I am truly happy here. I had found much happiness.
