Who are Heliodor Mortgages?

Heliodor Mortgages is a trading name of Topaz Finance which has been in operation since 2006.

Topaz Finance is a mortgage lender owned by the Computershare group. Within the Computershare Group they have over 100,000 mortgage customers and manage over £40bn of mortgage assets.

In November 2019, a collection of mortgages was sold to Heliodor Mortgages by Northern Rock Asset Management (NRAM) and UK Asset Resolution (UKAR).

If one or more of your mortgages was included in the transfer, NRAM or UKAR would have written to you to explain this.

Can I switch my Heliodor Mortgages rate?

Unfortunately, as Heliodor Mortgages are not accepting new business you would not be able to switch your mortgage rate with them.
