This is brilliant. Thank you for seeing that unique challenges exist for women founders and for thoughtfully contributing to the conversation. Also, your reflections give me so much encouragement as my co-founders and I are growing our company. It’s a daunting, exciting process and knowing there are great VCs out there who invest and engage purposefully and authentically is really reassuring.
