I almost never remember where my cuts and bruises came from. I’ll be stiff in the morning and find the bruise and try to remember what I did yesterday to cause it, and rarely can.

Unless it’s a cut that needs immediate first aid. Then I might remember because I had to interrupt a task to take care of the wound. Interruptions are more memorable, I guess.
