Finally realized that if my resume doesn’t make it through the bots, nobody will see it to send the rejection email.

The biggest problem I’m having is that most of the jobs around here want web experience which I don’t have. I do have 20+ years working in Unix/Linux and with multiple flavors of databases. But like L J said, they don’t want to train anyone in anything, they want 2–5 years experience in THEIR operation system/language/whatever.
