Enhanced news feed for effortless conversations

• See more in one place: Now you can expand a post and read it in its entirety straight from the news feed. Comments expand too, and come with handy shortcuts to view a conversation thread, so you’ll never lose your place.
• Rich file previews: From PDFs to Photoshop files, the attachments in your posts now show large, high-definition previews right in the feed, so you know more before you even click.
• Mute posts and control noise: We know you’re communicating constantly, so we’ve added more tools to help you manage your experience. You can mute posts and chats, hide less relevant groups from your feed, and customize how you’re notified, all with just a few clicks.
• Infinite scroll: Communication at work never stops, and neither will the posts in your news feed.

• Emoji and GIF support: Respond with emoji to convey exactly how you feel (!), or add the perfect animated GIF for any occasion.
• Targeted comments: Highlight any text in your feed and click “Comment on this”. The highlighted text will be included in your comment as a snippet. It’s perfect when answering a question or commenting on something specific, and best of all, others can click the highlight to see the original context.

Refreshed design puts important content first

• New look and feel: Clean. Sleek. Polished. Looks great on Retina displays (and everywhere else, too).
• Enhanced notifications: Get instant browser alerts, and see quick updates about your teammates’ activity in the new Notification Center.
• More groups at your fingertips: Your group list just got a lot more breathing room, and we’ve divided it into public and private sections. Best of all, you can pin your favorite groups to the top for easy access.
• Draft posts: Your posts are automatically saved as drafts while you type, and we’ve given them a new home in the navigation panel. Never lose a post.
• Refreshed chat user interface: One unified place to find your teammates and chats. See your most recent chats, or find which teammates are online. Easily add teammates into a group chat, and mute chats that get too noisy.

• Everything in one place: Use other tools to get things done? Now those apps can post content automatically into Convo, letting you search and discuss everything that matters to your business in one place. We’ve partnered with Zapier to let you connect over 400 different tools and services to Convo.

Manage your groups with ease

• Groups directory: Explore the groups your teammates have created, and join the ones that are relevant to you. Stay in the loop about anything and everything.
• New privacy levels for groups: Create new types of groups, including opt-in public groups, closed groups that require approval, or hidden invite-only groups.
• Multiple group admins: Assign multiple administrators to manage your groups.
• Easy-access group settings: Configure your groups, manage members, and control notifications right from the group list.
