This seems like a great strategy for anyone, male or female. Being viewed threateningly is never an effective strategy, and I can undestand how this could work in the real world. It is unfortunate that it has come to this, though. Equality is very overdue in the workplace, and we as men need to step up as leaders and allow everyone to be able to communicate effectively, regardless of gender. Kudos to you for your efforts with this!
