Excellent thoughts on understanding the Mind. In my seasoned life, I have come to look at my mind like an untamed horse at my ranch. My Consciousness, like the cowboy, must ride the horse, the Mind, so as to be tamed and give direction to. With taming a wild horse, the horse is then broken and calm, in which I reward the horse, my Mind, with an “ataboy!” Enjoy!
