I certainly agree in principle technology can be addictive. I am not of the belief it is more of a problem. Long before iPhones and computers, we have the car. Growing up, I wanted to drive. With time I was able to drive, not because I was addicted or it a problem, I just learned to manage driving the car. I believe, people will eventually learn to manage technology as it becomes more relevant in our daily lives. However the greater point, I believe, from your writing is a passage I wrote;

In my seasoned Life, I have come to this understanding, “for a seed to take root in the soil it needs water, conversation is like water to me!” Enjoy!
