Today this blog has no relevance with any scientific or technical knowledge. Being into the healthcare profession, It’s just an experience I recently had.
I met this guy, who hardly started his young adulthood journey. He regularly came to the hospital for his dialysis.
Hmm surprised, maybe I was when I heard about his routine for the first time.
In his teens, his kidney started to get dysfunctional for which he already had one transplant before, but maybe his destiny didn’t support the medical and his family efforts that led him again to enter that dialysis journey (weekly thrice).
But this was not all done, the COVID times made his health even worse than before. After recovery, his heart dysfunction started due to increased blood pressure. All of sudden if any child starts to suffer with such a lot, family getting upset and tensed is absolutely normal. Minor pains and physical effects are different, but the best part is, there used to always be a smile on his face. All doctors and seniors loved this about him. And this spirit only kept him alive.
But his luck didn’t support him like his confidence and spirit did. One day after dialysis, when he entered the lift, all of sudden he had a severe epileptic attack that not only made him unconscious, but led to sudden death. Unexpectedly, his smile, being always happy did not work out. That live moment was SHOCKING for all of us. I remember his family got severely traumatized that made his mother admit on immediate basis.
What I like is today, when I see the family, his mother is now recovering well, and his father has accepted the fact and tries so that she can admit the fact too.
Living life is difficult, so acknowledging reality and practicing radical honesty can only be an asset to live life happily with peace.
Just with an experience I felt like writing and sharing the moment. If anyone would like to share their moment or experiences would like to hear about it.
