Yesterday saw a massive integration to kick of 2024 for Orderly Network, seeing LogX introduce Orderly Network into their platform! Users can now leverage Orderly Network’s liquidity directly from within the LogX platform. I have already given this a go and am really impressed with how seamlessly everything worked.

Not only is interacting with Orderly Network through LogX a simple and fun experience, but there are also direct benefits such as the oppurtunity to earn Multiplier NFTs on the LogX platform, the chance to earn airdrop points for LogX and also to work towards the rumoured Orderly Network airdrop 👀

There is a lot to talk about with this integration, and the below official announcement article covers a lot of it:

But for my article today, I wanted to give you a step by step guide on how you can get trading with Orderly Network on LogX and how you could possibly win some rewards for doing so. Let’s jump into it!

Trading on LogX with Orderly Network

Step 1

Firstly, you will want to ensure that you have an EVM compatible wallet set up and funded with some USDC and ETH to pay for gas fees (both on the Arbitrum network, you will see why below). I recommend using WOOFi for swapping to USDC to get the best rates. Once funded, you can head over to LogX, where your first step is to connect up your wallet. Thankfully, LogX makes this easy by offering connections for a number of the most popular EVM wallets:

Select “Connect Wallet” in the top right corner of LogX
Choose your wallet to connect with

Step 2

Next you will want to choose the network that you want to connect to. LogX offers a number of networks, however as Orderly Network is active on Arbitrum (and also Optimism but that isn’t supported by LogX currently), I went ahead and selected Arbitrum as my network for trading on.

Select “Arbitrum”

Step 3

Before getting into trading, I want to use this as an oppurtunity to plug my referral code. This helps support the content I put together and if you do find this article useful I would appreciate if you used this to show your support. To enter a referral code, in the top right corner of LogX you select “Claim Referral” and then you enter in the referral code in the box that appears, mine is “4AD2EC90

Select the “Claim Referral” button
Enter the below code into the pop up
If you found this article useful then please feel free to use my referral code to show support!

Step 4

Next, we are ready to begin trading. To do this with Orderly Network on LogX, you want to head over to the trading widget on the right side of the LogX platform and first of all select “Enable Trading”. Your wallet will then pop up asking you for a signature request, which you should review and sign.

Step 5

Once signed, you can then head back to the trading widget where you can press the wallet symbol which will allow you to deposit funds from your wallet into your Orderly Network account through the LogX UI. You should select “Deposit” and then select your account as “Orderly” on the next screen, enter the amount of USDC you wish to deposit and then approve the transaction in your wallet and complete the deposit.

Step 6

Once your deposit has processed (this can take a couple of minutes), you should see that some of your wallet balance has decreased and your Orderly balance has increased, as can be seen below. With this, you are now ready to start trading with Orderly Network through LogX.

Step 7

Now that your account has funded, on the trading widget you can adjust the asset you wish to trade, the level of leverage you wish to set, the direction of your trade and the position you wish to enter. LogX clearly displays all the information and the fees you will encounter. When you are happy with everything, you can then press the Long xxx or Short xxx button to enter your position.

Step 8

You can then review your positions once completed on the main console and track your pnl. If at any point you wish to fully or partially close your position, you can use the “Close” button from this section.

To celebrate this partnership and integration Orderly Network and LogX have also teamed up with a campaign where you can win some awesome prizes.
