How to complete Know Your customer (KYC) application?
What is KYC and what are the requirements?
KYC means Know Your Customer. It’s a standard verification process common in ICOs, bank account opening and many more. KYC is a requirement by many authorities around the world to prevent money laundering and financing of terrorism. Even if it may be annoying for you it is worth the effort to fight money laundering and terrorism.
The KYC process starts soon after you have submitted the required documents to us over your dashboard.
During the KYC process, we validate your identity and check if you are on international sanction list or are an politically exposed person (PEP).
Coolomat Market team may decide to request further documents on a case by case basis at any time.
You need to complete the KYC process if you want to participate in our public crowdsale of CMK tokens.
Which level of KYC is needed based on your contribution size?
Your contribution size defined which of the 3 levels for KYC you need to obtain to receive CMK tokens for your contribution. At least level 1 must be filled out.
In case your contribution size exceeds your obtained level we will request from you additional data before releasing your CMK tokens. Or we will have to refund your contribution.
LEVEL 1 — for contribution up to 1.000 EUR (1.100 USD)
You need to fill out basic personal information and upload a personal ID document (passport, national ID card or drivers license).
LEVEL 2 — for contribution from 1.001 up to 15.000 EUR (1.101–16.500 USD)
Additional to level 1, you will need to attach a selfie holding your personal ID and handwriten note with the words “ Coolomat market + today’s date + your signature “.
LEVEL 3 — for contribution of 15.001 EUR and more (16.500 USD+)
Additional to level 2 you will need to fill out a short questionary about the origin of contributed funds.

How do You complete your KYC form — let`s go step by step.
Level 1 — for contribution up to 1.000 EUR (1.100 USD)
- Step: You need to fill out basic personal information.
- Step: Upload a personal ID document (passport, national ID card or drivers license).
You can upload one of the following government issued ID documents
- 1. Passport
- 2. National ID Card
- 3. Driver’s License
Take a photo of your ID from both sides (front and back). Please ensure the picture of your government issued ID document is clear.
Level 2 — for contribution from 1.001 up to 15.000 EUR (1.101–16.500 USD)
3. Step: Additional to level 1, you will need to attach a selfie holding your personal ID and handwritten note.
4. Step: Attach handwriten note with the words “ Coolomat market + today’s date + your signature “.
Level 3 — for contribution of 15.001 EUR and more (16.500+ USD)
5. Step: Additional to level 2, you will need to fill out a short questionary about the origin of contributed funds.
First you need to get your KYC level 2 approved . Later if your deposit is higher than 15.001 EUR (16.500 USD) we will contact you via phone or email to fill out a short questionary about the origin of contributed funds.
6. Step: Please tick the checkboxes (applies to all levels)
7. Step: If you are finished, tick the checkbox “I am ready to submit my data for review!” and press green button “Submit for Review”
