Spending, Saving, & Earning
Well, I joined the work-force. Yeah me, I’m an adult. I am nineteen and have two jobs equaling about fifty hours a week and about 16 hours of college a week. That adds up to roughly sixty-six hours for those that didn’t want to do the math. I’ve found that earning money, and then spending it and then trying to save it gets old fast. It seems slightly pointless and recipricating. Where is the point in this whole mess, in this life. I think I’ve lost my goal. I’m not really sure why I’m working so much or why I’m saving money. I realise that I kind of need to spend money on food and rent and various other items to live, but even that I find trivial occasionally. I know I’m going to school to learn more because I love to learn about new and interesting things, but that’s about it. I don’t really want the rest. I enjoy working hard, but as a living to make money to spend and save it, not really. Where I’m going I have no clue, all I know is I have to keep pushing forward. In the words of Mr. Disney himself
“We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we’re curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.” -Walt Disney
That sums up quite a bit doesn’t it. So stay curious my friends and keep moving forward.
