Our story follows an AIA Life Planner’s day from his commute to work to his return home, and meanwhile, we learn how it feels to work in an inspiring environment, to be rewarded for effort, to have the support of technology, to train with the best, and to be a part of an innovative organization.

It’s morning in Saigon. A man in his mid 20's drives his motorbike across a bridge, with the city skyline in the background.
Character voice over: you don’t buy life insurance because you are going to die, but because those you love are going to live. My job, at the end of the day, is to help people understand this.

Our main character, Hieu, arrives at the Lottery Tower. We see him as he enters Exchange, puts away his things in the locker, and pours a coffee.

Hieu voice over: I’m Hieu. I’m a Life Planner at AIA Exchange. Every morning I start at 8:30am with a cup of coffee. But everyday plays out differently…

…I usually catch up with my team leader, go over what’s working, what’s not.

…schedule meetings with potential clients for the day.

…then make camp at one of the many spaces in our open office to work and consult my clients. Like I said, no two days are the same for me. My neighbors are different everyday. Keeps things exciting.
Hieu drags a reluctant colleague in frame for selfie.
…the potential to earn got me interested in the job, the culture, the investment in me in terms of technology and training (everyday), and the chance to be a part of something greater… made me want to stay.

…It feels good to say I belong to one of the most established — yet innovative — life insurance companies in the world, not only Vietnam. And that we’re always improving, and looking for new ways to serve our clients better.

We cut to the interior of Nest, where Hieu is preparing to meet a client.
Cut back to Hieu emptying his locker at Exchange. Saying goodbye to his colleagues, as the sun nearly set outside the window.

…I’m Hieu, and I’m an AIA Life Planner.
