A word from our CEO: Corethentic is much more than just an exercise program.

At Corethentic we believe in dreaming big and executing even bigger! As the creator of Corethentic, I am always thinking about ways to make this company much more than a platform for exercise. I want to create a wellness movement that truly encourages people to get to know their bodies and minds, because the happier and healthier we make ourselves, the happier and healthier the world around us will become!

Very soon our online dance fitness program will be going live publicly. We have worked exceptionally hard to make sure it is everything that you want and need for a full body work out that can be done on the move, at home, the beach, on holiday, with a friend or when you need some alone time.

But we wanted to share a few of the points of our greater vision so that you can come on the journey with us as we grow the company globally.

So what’s next?

1. Our online videos will be available initially on Youtube, followed by our series that will be available via an extremely affordable online subscription plan.
2. We will be sharing filmed episodes with special guests with a range of backgrounds, from wellness coaches, nutritionists, health professionals, beauty and fashion experts and popular figures, so that you can learn more about how exercise and wellness intersects with all areas of your life.
3. Classes you can attend in person, if that’s your jam! These will be available in the form of retreats and special sessions, and eventually regular programming as we find areas in the world most suitable for this kind of expansion.
4. Exclusively designed footwear and active wear that can be used to maximize your Corethentic work out, but also to help you move through life with comfort and style and just a teeny bit of that Corethentic edge we love so much.
5. Exercise products and equipment to help target specific areas of the body as you do your Corethentic work out.
6. A range of naturopath- inspired teas and health products to ensure your body is at its healthiest.

These are just some of the things we are setting out to achieve and we cannot do it without your support. So thank you, for helping to build our beautiful community. Thank you for your encouragement online and for telling your friends and family about your Corethentic experiences.
