This rings so true for writing a book. You get an idea, stick to your gut, and hope someone out there “gets it”. And even after pouring years into it, someone might still leave a one star review. It’s terrifying, but at the same time knowing you’re already going to be loved by some and hated by others is so liberating. Because really, who cares what the haters think? If it’s good, it’s good.
