And here we are

Colombia have experienced a discontinuous development through its history. While some connoisseurs said that Colombia passed from mules to planes in a blink of an eye, Darío Echandía conceived Colombia as an “orangutan dressed in tuxedo”. In other words, a mix between “the primitive and the modern”: two sides of the same coin. Considering recents events, the future of Colombia is bright but still far from today’s start point.

This is my first post in Medium. In future writings I’ll try to address topics related to entrepreneurship history in Colombia and some preliminary research results of my current projects (ICT4D and institutions). Hope you all read critically this thoughts.
