How do you explain your interview experiences being 40% negative on glassdoor?

That’s a great question. We welcome all feedback , positive or negative, and we use that to help refine our process. We certainly had some holes in our hiring process and we took the steps to rectify those holes. In each case we reached out to the reviewer to gather feedback to better understand our issues. We by no means are perfect and we will make mistakes. But we focus on growing from them and bettering ourselves to provide positive experiences for each candidate to follow. Thanks for asking!
