How we are responding to COVID-19.
As the world responds to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking a moment to think about everyone affected and those working around the clock to help others. From everyone at Cosmo, we thank all the essential and frontline workers.
At Cosmo, we are working hard to do our part and ensure the safety of our guests, owners and team and the communities we operate in by implementing new standards.
For guests
We’ve heightened our cleaning protocols to keep homes spotless and sanitary. Following WHO and Airbnb guidelines, we are increasing training for our housekeeping team, and enforcing the new Cleaning Protocols provided by Airbnb. All check-ins are now contactless and we are updating homes which didn’t previously meet contactless standards. For guests who need long stays, especially those on the frontline, we are offering increased discounting.
For owners
We are continuing to provide our incredible support and open communication, just from a distance. All meetings and discussions are held remotely, and we are improving our communication lines to ensure owners are kept up to date with all government regulations and updates.
For our team
We are asking our employees to maintain social distancing and wash their hands frequently if they must visit our office or equipment facilities. Our team have paid sick leave, and are supported in working from home. This includes allowances for remote work and a reconsideration of our systems and processes to adapt to the new standards of collaboration.
