This is beautiful. :) Just skimmed through the comments and noticed someone mentioning that some CEOs suffer from ‘only child syndrome’ — very true!

However, as a design, marketing, dev team…or anyone in possession of ‘employee’ — in times like this, it is your duty to tell your CEO he sucks! Ok, let me elaborate.

Your boss [I’m looking at all of us — even CEOs who answer to customers] is paying you for your expertise — it is up to YOU to stand up against such stupidity.

In fact, you could say, that one thing that is even worse than an ‘only child syndrome’ CEO, is a stupid employee is puts up and shuts up; you’re not doing yourself or anyone any favors!
