Greetings Heroes! We are thrilled to expand on an exciting milestone in our journey — the Couch Heroes Founders Drop. This exclusive event marks the beginning of our journey to blend traditional gaming with cutting-edge blockchain technology, offering an exciting gaming experience to our early supporters.

What is the Couch Heroes Founders Drop?

The Founders Drop is a limited-time event where we will release our exclusive Founders’ Boxes. These boxes are not just collectibles; they are your key to unlocking a host of benefits and unique in-game assets in Couch Heroes. By participating in the Founders Drop, you become part of an exclusive group that will shape the future of our game.

Format:

Phase 0: Community Raffles end on 03/07/2024
Phase 1: The sale opens up for Memory Card holders and Community Raffle winners with a cap of 2 boxes and 1 box respectively on 03/07/2024 for 24 hours.
Phase 2: The sale becomes uncapped for Memory Card holders and Community Raffle winners on 04/07/2024 for 24 hours.
Phase 4: The sale opens up to the public on 05/07/2024 for 120 hours (5 days).
Phase 5: The boxes open and reveal the weapons, armor sets and pets they contain alongside with the Data Capsule. The reveal will occur on 31/07/2024.
Phase 6: Reveal of the Data Capsules will take place on 10/09/2024
Phase 7: During Q4 holders will be able to playtest, use their items in Couch Heroes and redeem their physical vouchers.

The Drop

With the conclusion of the raffles, we will launch the Drop of 8192 Founder’s Boxes. Each box contains unique digital assets such as avatars, weapons, cosmetic items and more, that can be used within the game. The items found in the boxes will be part of one of the four in-game factions or if you are lucky they could be created by one of our partner web 3 artists. As a project we believe that artists should be fairly compensated.

33% of the total Drop revenue will go to our 26 partner artists who have contributed 1/1s to the Founders Drop. The rest 67% of the generated revenue will be reinvested into the development and enhancement of Couch Heroes, ensuring continuous innovation and growth.

Each Founder’s Box is a treasure trove of exclusive items that will enhance your Couch Heroes experience:

Armor set:
Normal: 4x armor sets per faction,that come in either 372 editions (bronze) and 10 editions (gold), or a chance to receive one out of four unique items created by our artists (diamond).
Rare: 4x armor sets per faction, that come in either 124 editions (silver) and 5 editions (gold), or a chance to receive one out of twelve unique items created by our artists (diamond).

Weapon:
Normal: 4x weapons per faction, that come in either 372 editions (bronze) and 10 editions (gold), or a chance to receive one out of four unique items created by our artists (diamond).
Rare: 4x weapons per faction, that come in either 124 editions (silver) and 5 editions (gold), or a chance to receive one out of twelve unique items created by our artists (diamond).

Pet:
Rare: 4x limited edition pets, one per faction that come in 500 editions (silver), or a chance to receive one out of six unique pets created by our partnered artists.

Rare: Eyes and Aura that come in 8,192 editions (bronze) and a unique avatar model that comes in 2,000 editions.
Title: The in-game “OG” title and “Founder” title that grant you perks like access to restricted areas.
Alpha Pass: The key to experiencing and building the world of Couch Heroes alongside us. Our first playtest for Alpha Pass holders will take place towards the end of the year.
Physical Voucher:
Normal: 33x vouchers for 3x limited edition t-shirts that come in 100 editions.
Rare: 2,000x vouchers for a limited edition hoodie that comes in 2,000 editions. Also 168x vouchers for 3x limited edition t-shirts that come in 100 editions.

Benefits of Owning a Founder’s Box

Being a Founder comes with numerous perks:

Exclusive Access: Gain entry to the private channel in the Couch Heroes Discord server, where you can interact with developers, participate in special events, and receive early updates about the development of the game.
Unique collectables: The items found in Founders boxes will never be for sale ever again by Couch Heroes.
Early Access: Be one of the first to test out the game of Couch Heroes and explore Kardia! Throughout multiple playtests in Early Alpha, starting late this year Alpha Pass holders will be able to test out new features, updates, and in-game events before the general public.

Tradable NFTs: All assets in the Founder’s Box are minted as NFTs on base, making them truly owned by the holder and allowing them to trade them freely on decentralized marketplaces like Opensea.

How to Participate

Participating in the Founders Drop is simple:

EVM Wallet: Firstly ensure you have a compatible digital wallet like Metamask or Coinbase Wallet to buy and store your NFTs.
Ethereum on Base: You will need at least 0.022 ETH (+gas) on the Base network. If you don’t have Ethereum on Base you can always use platforms like Orbiter Finance to bridge funds.
Allowlist spot:
- Memory Card: Memory cards grant the holder 2x guaranteed spots in phase 1 and uncapped minting in phase 2. You can acquire one in the secondary market on Opensea.

- Community Raffle: Community Raffles take place on Premint and you can take part if you are a holder of any of the 42 communities we have chosen. You can find them on Premint.
