Manifesto Proposal

Introduction
Zoe’s Bagels needs to go under construction. Zoe’s Bagels is so popular that sometimes it is too crowded to sit down and the line is always long. The tables are small, bookshelves all around, and the area to make the bagels is too small for the employees. Sooner or later, people are going to get tired of not being able to find spots to sit or the line taking too long. Once this happens, Zoe’s Bagels will lose customers and stop being successful. 
Expand Zoe’s Station 
First thing is the area where bagels are made needs to expand. I see workers crammed in the small space trying to grab ingredients to make coffee and bagels. How could anyone not feel claustrophobic when they are surround by people? If the station was expanded laterally. Coffee makers and ingredients could be spread out, and the workers would not be all clustered together but actually have space. If Zoe’s Bagels had more space then besides having room to make the bagels they could increase the amount of toasters or coffee makers they have to increase order production. Besides the Zoe’s Bagels station itself, they need to fix the set-up of the sitting area as well. 
Fix Set-Up
You walk in to Zoe’s Bagels and see an endless amount of small tables and beams in the middle of the room. They need to add bigger tables to Zoe’s so they can accommodate to larger groups. They also need to spread them out, so they are not scrunched together. No one wants to sit and be right next to random people when they are trying to enjoy their food or get work done. Another thing that is a complete inconvenience is the random beams in the middle of Zoe’s Bagels. Let us, also, look at the fact that the beams are located in between the tables. They create an inconvenience to move tables around, or if someone is not paying attention they could run right into them. If the beams were removed there would be more room to arrange the tables any way we want them to, and the room would seem more open. These are not the only things that need to be changed in Zoe’s Bagels but other things.
All That Must Be Changed in Zoe’s Bagels
The changes are…
• Expanding Zoe’s work station
• Change set up of tables
• Remove beams in the middle of Zoe’s
• Remove book shelves around the room
Conclusion
Zoe’s must make a change now before it is too late. Everyone loves the bagels there, so the increase in space needs to happen now before it becomes too overwhelming. We cannot expect the employees to be quick with orders if there is no space to work. Once the workers have more pace more supplies can be added as well, which will increase the production of orders. As well as, people need places to sit. The beams need to be removed to make room for more tables. By making room for my tables the greater the capacity Zoe’s Bagels will have, and then they will have more customers. These few changes could increase the sales for food or drinks and benefit Zoe’s in the end. It is time to take action now before it is too late.
