Position: Director of the Institute on Municipal Finance and Governance (IMFG) at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto.

Passion: Municipal finance and property tax — understanding the money behind making our cities better.

Public voice: Nationally and internationally known, Enid regularly speaks to governments, academics and other policy makers and influencers.
