If you ever saw the bloody intricacies of my veins
You would never have guess that at one point
My whole body was up in flames.
Most beliefs are believed to create, a few are believed to destroy, many are believed to resurrect and others are believed to be believed. Illuminating a diya in India is believed to effectuate all of them.
