People always ask me what is the Top 10 Most Populated Cities in the World. That is an excellent question and the answer would be an arbitrary decision. One could say that the most populated city is one in which the number of inhabitants has been verified. But I think the answer needs to be more than just an opinion. It should be an objective opinion that is based on tangible facts and figures.

1. Tokyo

Delhi has been a cultural and intellectual center of India for over a thousand years and has emerged as the country’s political and cultural capital.
