Great article. I used to wake up at 5:30 during the week for a 6:15 -7am workout then I head into work by 8. I’d eat breakfast at my desk and coffee. I loved having that personal time to myself for fitness and starting my day. However it was a bit intense and exhausting. I might consider a 6:00 time including introducing breakfast and coffee at home for self reflection. I am learning that I need more quiet time. Thanks for sharing.
