Really good questions Rae! I am an optimist to a fault, but I’ll admit I tried to keep a positive attitude when writing these haikus. One day I took a tumble and wrote about it, and it just didn’t feel as good to share something gloomy. Maybe that’s something I still need to get more comfortable with. Thanks for causing me to pause to think about it!
