Hey Julie, Thanks for sharing. Love the message around really focusing in on what you’re learning and the impact as a framework for thinking about your career. This has generally been my motto as well — but I’ve also stumbled in cases where that, still, is not enough. I’ve found that focusing fully on the work without also managing and developing the spheres of influence within the company can still result in highly qualified, talented people getting passed over for promotions. What are your thoughts?
