What do you think about the speed of both approaches? 1st will be faster than 2nd?

Hey Marek, hmm speed. I’d say that depends on the complexity of the product, or what your trying to acheive with the new designer. A specific score of their work on a relatively small/straightforward product could be super fast. But vague scope on a massively complex system would be the opposite. So yeah, it depends, context n stuff 😃
What have your onboarding experiences been like? Any good approaches you’ve seen?
