I found it interesting that “evangelical upgringing that produces shame feeling” is highlighted and the other 4 points weren’t. Sociologically interesting point: it’s not *doing* something perceived as shameful that’s the problem, but *feeling* the shame after doing something perceived as shameful that’s the problem.
Seems to me our culture seeks to evade all responsibility for our actions.
