Google made a net profit of ~4bn last quarter and has 77bn in cash/equivalents in the bank (https://ycharts.com/companies/GOOG/cash_on_hand). Apple has 200bn in cash in the bank.
Maintaining a deficit is a dumb, risky idea unless you have a clear vision & plan for growth. You can maintain a deficit by being profligate and go bankrupt quite easily.
The US can sustain a giant deficit for other reasons (too big to fail basically) but this is a more or less stupid strategy for most other economies.
