THIS! For most people a “job” is a “job” NOT a career, not a choice. They have two kids, a spouse, a mortgage, etc. A job is something they do so they can enjoy their life. NOT something that they enjoy.

This isn’t by choice, this is because the economic elites are indifferent to making the job enjoyable.
