I have to say that #3 is not really an advice. One can’t rely on being very miserable to exercise. You gotta be motivated while being happy, or just okay. How do you stay in the gym and keep eating mindfully when nobody’s dumping you, nobody’s hurting you?
Losing weight because you are heartbroken is not sustainable, it doesn’t help build a lifestyle that keeps you healthy and in the weight you like.
The rest is okay and nothing new. Congrats on getting in shape. It’s a wonderful feeling and I hope you find a way to happy and stay fit.
