Create Amazon Elastic Container Registry (Amazon ECR)

1. Go to Amazon ECR -> Repositories and Create repository
2. Go to Amazon ECR -> Repositories -> Your Repository
3. Press View push commands

4. Copy Image URI copied

We will use this Image URI in the Creation of Task definition in (ECS)
