My Next Adventure — a Ten Year Plan

Really enjoyed your openness. We would love to participate in the land trust as this has been something Claudia and I have done in the past, and would like for our later life!

I have found the following tool great for a gut check on what is a fantasy vs. what is a plan:

SMART Goals

Specific

  • Well defined
  • Clear to anyone that has a basic knowledge of the project

Measurable

  • Know if the goal is obtainable and how far away completion is
  • Find out when you have achieved your goal

Agreed Upon

  • Agreement with all the stakeholders what the goals should be

Realistic

  • Within the availability of resources, knowledge and time

Time-Based

  • Enough time to achieve the goal
  • Not too much time, which can affect project performance
One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
