I’d go one step farther here: it’s entirely possible that individual cases have turned into bad faith interactions because the other participant has given up resisting the label being constantly applied to him.

Milo’s probably one of those, in my estimation. I don’t actually believe he’s working on good faith arguments in cases like this*, but I seem to recall a past when he was making legit arguments but being accused of bad faith. It seems he’s just said, “Screw it, then. Good faith gets me nowhere, and being the bad actor you think I am scores me points elsewhere.”

*but then, I’m not going to making assumptions either way
