Vivacity Food & Wine are located in the centre of Sentosa, on the east coast of Malaysia. The two owned and operated by Simon Slade & Partners, a company with headquarters in Australia, but with manufacturing plants in China, Korea, and Taiwan. The two first met when Simon Slade was studying abroad in China and fell under the influence of a Chinese restaurant that his roommate ran. The Chinese cuisine was by far the best he had ever tasted, and after a year returned to open his own V & A Chinese restaurant. At its opening in 2021 Vivacity became one of the most popular dining destinations for tourists to the area, and continued to expand into the tourist hot spot that it is today.

The two concepts that make up this Singapore dining experience are Vivacity Food & Wine, and a newly renovated Singapore Shopping mall. Although Simon Slade’s first venture into the area was successful, the original mall with its extensive mixed retail space and indoor theme park had been deemed not as successful as planned and was closed down in 2021. This led to Simon Slade & Partners turning to their next venture, which would be a mixed shopping centre, featuring a wide array of restaurants, bars, cafes, and other retail outlets. A lot of the original mall was redesigned to better suit its new surroundings, making it a lot more appealing to both customers looking to shop, as well as people who just want to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Not only do Vivacity Food & Wine have something for everyone, they also boast an extensive indoor water park, and an indoor bowling stadium.

49 Simon Slade’s latest venture into the hospitality industry in Singapore includes two high-profile restaurants: Vivocity in the Central Business District (CBD), and Nando’s in the West End. Vivocity is a restaurant that specializes in Chinese, Thai, Japanese, and Italian cuisine, while Nando’s has many international and regional dishes available. On the map menu book, you can find all the international favourites like pizza, pasta, burgers, burritos, ice cream, juices, tequila, sangria, and much more.

Nando's, on the other hand, has some unique, South Indian food dishes. On the vivacity menu book, you will find many delicious options like coconut fried rice, masala chutney, curried aubergine, chicken whole, prawns marinated with mango, and fried till golden, and many more. The South Indian specialties served at Vivocity are so good that you may end up ordering more than one dish. The prices are very reasonable, especially when you compare them to comparable restaurants in Singapore.

If you love Mexican food, then you’re in for a treat. In Vivacity food club, you can choose from their fabulous menus of authentic Mexican delicacies like flautas, tacos, burritos, chimichangas, quesadillas, tamales, taquitos, quenching, chimichanga, and so much more. Their bar menu boasts of creatively concocted cocktails and margaritas, and other beverages like Mint Juleps, Soursop, horchata, and others. All these mouth-watering delicacies are available at low prices when you buy coupons for chop deals.

For dessert, there’s no other place in Singapore better than Vivocity’s Yakiniku Bar. The Yakiniku Bar is Singapore’s signature restaurant that specializes in Japanese sweets, candies, and ice cream. There are two kelp bars in the vicinity of Yakiniku, and all are open to visitors. The two kelp bars, Aka Yakin and Kiara Yakin, are open every day for lunch, dinner, breakfast, and snack. For your sweet tooth, simply try their delicious seasonal strawberry yogurt, sundae, or their heavenly banana chutney.
