★ IMPOSTOR SYNDROME ★

Tumblr post from tributary: “do i even REALLY have imposter syndrome”

IMPOSTOR SYNDROME IS VICTIM-BLAMING BULLSHIT

“Am I good enough?”
“Am I enough?”

Success rates of various Australian grants rounds: NSW Arts and Culture Fund 2018 (2.7%), Australia Council 2019 (13%), Creative Victoria 2018 (21%)
Research on last names and job callbacks from Australian National University (2013), Harvard Business School (2017), University of Toronto (2017).

Giving the opportunity to express what’s important to you with a new audience

Screenshots from Here’s Your Fuckin’ Papers: the title screen, a maze with invisible walls where every hit creates a pop-up with some new requirement, another maze where you need to escort a piece of paperwork but it’s very slow and gets stuck behind obstacles.

Because we’re minorities, people don’t care about what we make.
But because people don’t care — we can make whatever we want.

★ We are all impostors. Let’s embrace it. ★
