Big Ted Livingston ! Great vision, I want to add more on “Instant interaction is the key”: what about if behind an assistant bot there is a fleet of human-crowd-sourced-assistants ready to respond to any question for a computed price? In this way anyone can earn money helping other people :-D

The bot is only an anonymous, but trusted, glue between the user and the assistant.

I have done an experiment on that topic and feedbacks are awesome: people are ready to talk with a machine that respond like an human, it is!
