I think there’s a distinction to be made between “right” or “wrong” interpretations of facts, and misrepresenting - intentionally or otherwise - the facts themselves. Sometimes, yes, the other side is flat out wrong - the distance to the moon, or populations of various places, that sort of thing, that are posted at levels not even remotely close to reality. I see so much of that, that I don’t even have time to worry about “wrong” interpretations - I’m just glad to see anyone worry about facts before they start interpreting.
