Cricket Star Manager is a fully featured sports management simulator, built on the Unity engine.
As a player in Cricket Star Manager, you create your own cricket team, starting in the lowest leagues alongside other beginners and just like in the real world, you can try to climb the divisions and compete for the highest title in your country. If you are successful in conquering your country, you can fight to be the number one cricket team in the world and enjoy all the spoils that come along with being the number one Cricket Star Manager!
Players stake and earn Cricket Buck ($CRIX) to participate in the game and when a cricket match is finished, $CRIX are split and distributed among the winning team, the stadium owner, and the spectators who supported the winning team. Using your winnings, you can draft new players to your roster, acquire legendary players/items and even a stadium to host games yourself.
Cricket Star Manager NFTs
Players
Each cricket player NFT on a team is different: speed, strength, stamina, and accuracy stats are all differentiators (the higher, the rarer), each generated as a NFT, which can level up, increasing their stats and abilities. When teams win matches, they win the game’s in-game currency which is used to evolve their players and team to higher levels (leveling up). Cricket player NFTs that reach a certain level can be bought and sold through the marketplace.
Once Cricket Star Manager is launched, player NFTs showing real cricket players will also be added to the game through licensing deals with leagues, clubs and individual players.
In learning from mistakes made in other NFT-games’ economies, specifically a constant inflation of game assets, Cricket Star Manager’s economy introduces elements of deflation (for example, retiring cricket players at a certain age etc.).
Stadiums
Skilled players in the game will have the opportunity to transform their basic cricket field into a stadium. Stadiums are issued as NFTs and owners can host games, tournaments, and special events, collecting fees from games played in their stadiums. A stadium can also be rented out to other players. Stadiums can also evolve over time, increasing their potential to host games and subsequently growing the player’s income.
When not hosting games, a player’s stadium is used for training the user’s cricket players, growing their experience during idle time thus increasing their skill and value.
Cricket Star Manager Tokens ($CSM and $CRIX)
Cricket Star Manager utilizes two tokens, $CSM and $CRIX.
$CSM is the premium and governance token with a fixed supply of 100 million. Token holders can stake $CSM to govern the community treasury, increase their asset values and affects how they earn these assets via gameplay. Owning $CSM opens access to exclusive NFT drops and sales. Early $CSM token holders will also receive $CRIX in the $CRIX Genesis drop.
$CRIX is the in-game currency and players earn $CRIX, by leveling up, winning matches, watching games etc. $CRIX can be spent to draft new players, train cricket players and speed up events, such as recovery from injuries. All transactions made in the P2P market will require $CRIX and users will be able to trade $CRIX for fiat currency through exchanges.
