We have decided to migrate all of our current assets to the Ethereum Chain — all NFTs (OOZ Spaceships, Revealed OOZ, WADE F&F) and the IP3 Token.

The current market situation, the so called ‘Crypto Winter,’ has been negatively affecting the overall cryptocurrency market. In order to provide the best response to the given situation — implementing the roadmap without excuses, operating the ongoing collaboration/partnerships and events, we came to the conclusion that a move in chain is inevitable. Being well recognized, Ethereum is the №1 chain in terms of the NFT ecosystem, home to the largest number of NFT enthusiasts, and the clear winner in terms of scalability. CRIPCO had to make this decision to provide stability and credible continuity to our holder community, and also to open flexible collaborative opportunities with major blue-chip projects, which is an ongoing issue.

Migration Timeline: Opening the migration URL on January 10
Migration Process:
1) Connect your Phantom wallet on the Migration Site
2) Check the quantity of your assets to be migrated
3) Connect the MetaMask wallet to receive the assets
4) Click the ‘Proceed to Migration’ Button
5) Pop-up screen which asks for signature to send all NFTs and Token Assets
6) Click Send/Sign Button
7) All assets are sent to CRIPCO’s designated wallet
8) All the sent assets are airdropped to the registered MetaMask wallet address
Please, only follow the official channels of announcements (official Twitter, official Discord) and double, triple check if the link is from credible sources.
The migration process only interacts with the CRIPCO official link and the official wallet, giving back and forth holders’ wallet addresses and asset info, so do not send IP3s or NFTs to an individual. Not even the CRIPCO team members.
During the migration period, we will be on a 24/7 response mode, ready to provide timely and necessary support. At least someone from the core team, community managers or the moderators will be on a stand by. If any additional questions arise that are not included in these messages or not answered by the FAQs, please open a ticket. We’ll be more than happy to answer them.
All detailed info about Migration, including supported wallets, exchanges, and marketplaces, will be announced through Discord and Medium before the migration URL is shared.

Q1. What is Migration?
A. Migration on blockchain refers to the process of transferring the existing token information on a specific blockchain to another chain. CRIPCO will provide a service to transfer the assets that used to exist on top of the Solana chain (IP3 Token, WADE F&F NFT, OOZ & mates : Spaceships NFT, OOZ & mates NFT) to the Ethereum network.
Q2. What are the steps?
A. (1) Please access the link (will be provided and accessible later)
(2) Connect your Phantom Wallet which contains the assets you want to transfer
(3) Check if the quantity recognized in the system exactly matches your assets
(4) Connect the MetaMask wallet you wish to receive the airdrop of the assets
(5) Check that you read and agree on the T&Cs of this migration process
(6) Click on ‘Proceed with Migration’ Button
(7) Pay the network transfer fee to send all of the IP3 tokens and NFTs to a designated wallet
(8) Tokens and NFTs airdropped to the registered MetaMask wallet at a designated time (holder cost = 0)
Q3. Can I use a hardware wallet (Ledger) for this process?
A. A hardware wallet that supports Phantom and MetaMask is possible, but we recommend the use of a hot wallet for migration purposes.
Q4. Do I have to create a new Ethereum account (MetaMask wallet) to receive the migrated assets?
A. If you already have a MetaMask wallet (Ethereum), you can participate with it. If you do NOT have a MetaMask wallet, you must create a new one.If you proceed with a wallet that does not support the Ethereum chain and lose your NFTs, the NFTs will not be able to be recovered with any sort of technology and CRIPCO will not be able to assist your problems.
Q5. Will there be any costs regarding the migration process?
A. No, there will not be any costs for the user except for the small network fee when you send your SOL based assets. We will cover all other expenses for the best user experience. Pay a extremely small account on the Solana network and you will receive a free airdrop on the Ethereum network.
Q6. Can the migration process be revoked?
A. No, this is not possible. Once the assets (IP3 Token, NFTs) have been migrated from the Solana network to the Ethereum network, they are not able to be sent back to the Solana network.
Q7. What happens if I don’t migrate and stay on the Solana chain?
A. Any Tokens or NFTs left on the Solana chain will not be eligible for any type of services provided by CRIPCO, which could result in losses, penalties or disadvantages.
Q8. What are the benefits of migrating to the Ethereum network?
A. Access to more DApp services in the Ethereum ecosystem, high network security, project expansion/collaboration possibilities leading to direct/indirect benefits.
Q9. Until when is migration going to be supported from CRIPCO?
A. We will maintain the migration service for 1 year from the site open day.
Q10. How long will it take for me to receive the new Tokens and NFTs?
A. For the first 3 months: Once per week, when the team considers the network fee is comparatively less expensive. For the next 9 months: Once every 2 weeks, when the team considers the network fee is comparatively less expensive.
Q11. How are the IP3 Tokens inside FTX going to be migrated?
A. CRIPCO will preserve a portion of its’ IP3 Treasury amount specifically for the holders who had IP3 Tokens inside FTX. As soon as a Legal and Final Bailout Plan is ready, we will prepare the reimbursement abiding all legalities and regulations. Please refer to this link for details on compensation.
Q12. What happens to the items that were listed on Magic Eden?
A. Listed NFTs will not be migrated automatically. You must de-list the NFTs and migrate it yourself.
Q13. Are both OOZ & mates : Spaceships and OOZ & mates migration targets?
A. Yes, they both are.
Q14. Where can we reveal the OOZ & mates : Spaceships on the Ethereum network?
A. The spaceship NFT reveal site could be ready after a considerable time after migration, meaning we recommend that you reveal before you proceed with migration, unless you are content with waiting for the ETH reveal site to open.
Q15. Can I receive my NFT number as it was in Solana?
A. WADE Friends & Family NFT: You will receive the identical NFT #
OOZ & Mates : Spaceships NFT and OOZ & Mates: Your NFT number will change. As we airdrop NFTs, in order to prevent the reveal images leaking and minimize gas fees, NFT numbers must change. The total supply of the OOZ collections will remain the same.
Q16. Where can we buy and sell the NFTs after migration?
A. They will be tradable at major marketplaces which support ETH NFTs such as PlayDapp(https://playdapp.com/), OpenSea (https://opensea.io/), Magic Eden (https://magiceden.io/), Blur (https://blur.io/), Looksrare (https://looksrare.org/), X2Y2 (https://x2y2.io/).
Q17. Will Alphabot remain the same and working after migration?
A. Yes. Alphabot will not be a problem.
Q18. How will we verify holder status after migration?
A. We will adopt a holder verification tool that supports ETH NFTs, use it in tandem with Matrica, and ultimately use only the ETH NFT holder verification tool. We will announce which tool we will be using before official migration day.
Q19. Will all of the NFTs be launched on Ethereum?
A. No, we are open to a multi-chain strategy. We can/will select the blockchain which can support the best user experience to holders for every potential mint.
Q20. How can we check on the migration process?
A. You can check on your status by on-chain data of Ethereum and Solana network.
Q21. How will the migration process affect the team’s roadmap or future plans?
A. CRIPCO will engage in partnerships, collaboration and marketing more aggressively on the Ethereum ecosystem. We will thrive.
