Most people can afford to do this.

These are true words of wisdom. Travel and (reasonable)risk give us more “security” than the money. I spent my late teens and early twenties waitressing and traveling. I built a foundation of tolerance and worldliness and don’t feel like I missed anything. The things I saw with my own eyes have enriched my life, and such experiences would do many individuals a great service.

The “grass is greener on the other side” attitude flat out sucks. I don’t know about anyone else, but I can make my grass greener than anyone’s…even if it is only my perspective that I change.

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
