Hello, dear readers of my blog. I continue to dive deeper and deeper into the world of Web3.

Today we will continue with Swisstronik, specifically we will look at their wallet and break it down in detail and talk about how to test it properly now.

Let’s get started.

About Wallet

The Swisstronik Wallet is a decentralized wallet that encrypts the keys to your cryptocurrency wallet, ensuring that only the user has full control over their funds. It allows for secure interaction with DApps after receiving the user’s permission, without storing any personal information. All funds remain on the blockchain, and the wallet itself does not hold any user funds. The primary goal of Swisstronik is to make cryptocurrency more accessible, enabling anyone to freely use the application.

Swisstronik makes a really useful product for ordinary consumers who want to have free access to their crypto assets while maintaining maximum privacy (which is what blockchain is all about).

Testing phase

Quite some time ago, namely in Q3 2023 the wallet testnet was launched, and while it is still being tested, mainnet is scheduled for Q2 of this year.

For now, we can test the Swisstronik network, request test tokens and send them to other wallets.

Now that you’ve digested the basic information, I suggest you check out the full guide on how to test a wallet now…

Step 1: Platform selection

Go to the site , at the bottom we see the menu «Download application», click there, now you need to choose where you want to install the wallet, I will demonstrate on the example of the web version.

Step 2: Create or Import wallet

If you have used Web3 wallets before, you can import your wallet into the application, all newcomers need to create a new wallet.

Important nuance, be sure to save the recovery phrase in a safeо place (not in electronic form, preferably) to always have access in case of any problems with your device.

Step 3 : Copy the wallet address

We have created a wallet, in the glamno menu of the wallet you need to select SWTR token, click «Deposit» and copy the address to the clipboard.

Step 4: Token Faucet

With the address of your wallet go to this site, where we can request a test token, enter your address and request tokens.

Now you need to wait a little bit, no more than a couple minutes, and you will see the available SWTR tokens.

Step 5: Stay tuned for updates

In the future, the developers will add more features that you can also test and contribute to testing, which is an important part of every blockchain

Use Swisstronik Wallet

Perhaps among those who read this article there will be people who will think that the whole wallet is in the testnet, but in fact it is not so

You can use it as your main wallet, do your daily business using the available networks and tokens that are in the wallet.

The wallet is very convenient, with a beautiful design and most importantly, reliable, and what else do you need for a Web3 wallet?
