Hi Casper. Nice article. I think you did a really good job at exposing your process in a visually appealing way.
I've got two questions for you if you mind:
- Do you think creating that persona, with all that level of detail, was useful for this quick study?
- What makes you think that your user sample was representative of the app's users? I see they were all in the same age range, however I could imagine older people being more interested in wine. Of course, the pain points you found were very probably universal, since they pointed to a very basic functionality that for some reason wasn't implemented in the app. As an UX Designer, how can we be sure we're not just confirming our own biases by testing the same flows we normally use?
